The beautiful and traditional village Nikiti, located in the Sithonia of Halkidiki, is surrounded by true nature.
Here, we built in 2008 the "Epinio" near to the port and to the great beach of Nikiti. They are very comfortable apartments furnished.

Among the lush vegetation and the blue waters of the bay Elia, the Studios Mikri Elia have views of the Aegean Sea and harmoniously
combine mountain and sea.

Two newly constructed buildings (2016) with six studios, three are ground floor and the other is upstairs.
They are about fifty meters from the sea and situated in the center of the beach settlement of Nikiti.
